The Shrimpton Couture Archives

This set came to me together. The dress/tunic is the twin of the runway piece from the collection that year and it is featured in a book on his work. The skirt is very similar to another piece in the collection. To my knowledge the client bought both and wore them both separately and together. The sash is extra long and you can use it to style it so many different ways. In the photo of the skirt on its own I put it over a crinoline so that you can see how full it really is.
